It is so good to be able to go to him and he can solve any problem with the company with which we happen to be traveling! Ever since we started working with Rod, after a trip with a dear friend almost 10 years ago, we have used him for every cruise we've taken with cruise lines such as Seabourn, Abercrombie and Kent and, most recently, Hurtigruten.
